Default Need Peoples Opinions Please... looking to try new supplement!

hey people, first time ive posted on here in years so please be nice.

basicly im on a tight budget & looking to buy a creatine and glutamine
supplement to help with my gains in the gym.
i use to take creatine mono powder & glutamine powder a while ago & found i
responded good to them but havent used them for months! im currently
unemployed so i have to buy wisey due to limited funds so was searchin the
net when i come upon ''bsn's - CellMass'' a cee & glutamine supplement mix
which sounds quite gud but has highly mixed reviews. i was wondering if
anyone knows anyone who's used or themselve's used the supplement an can
tell me what its like? i mean its only a small tub (640g) and with approx
40servings, its abit costly @ £40 to end up bein shit!

on the otherhand if anyone can recommend a gud creatine or glutamine
supplement please do as everything will be taking into consideration and
looked over...

thanks alot for your time
