Low-fat = high sugar, in almost all cases. Sugar makes you fat. Cut
out all sugar, and low fat meals / foods etc, and you will more easily
lose weight. Low sugar, low carb, high protein, high fat. Plus
workout, and your metabolism will start to burn fat, and you will lose
weight. |
