My freaking body doesn't heal like it used to. I have tendontis and my
left foot has a strained arch. I was running 3 to 5 miles, kickboxing
on alternate days, and lifting.
Now I can't run worth crap. I cant kickbox because of the tendonitis. I
have resorted to a series of exercises using an exercise ball and free
weights. I walk now instead of run. I do some 'power yoga'.
All this and I can't seem to lose the weight I gained when I stopped
running.
Any ideas on how to amp up this work out for gramps?
