Killfiles don't generally come with the server.
They come with the browser.

I use MT Newswatcher and it has excellent killfiles.

But, for a very good free news server, the one I use at work (where I
don't post!) runs in Outlook Express:

freetext.usenetserver.com

Killfiles are a function of your newsreader, not your server. Look into
Forte Agent.
