I like Met-Rx "Big 100" bars - lots of protein and calories, and they
even taste half-decent. (My test of taste is whether or not my kids
will eat it, and they like these).
Also I take these

The nutritional profile is different - about half as much protein as the
Met-Rx, but no artificial stuff in them as there is in the Met-Rx.

There are plenty of good foods you can snack on, e.g., almonds or other
nuts, fruit, sandwiches that are easy to handle like wraps, and things
like yogurt and ricotta or farmers cheese if you have a refrigerator.
