Default no time to eat


i work long hours and am currently trying and taking weightgain
which is going fine. the problem is ive been advised 2 eat 5/6 times a
day which isnt possible

can anyone advise on replacement meals or protein bars (prefably what i
can eat at my desk)
i current take weightgain every other day.

any tips?

3 of those with three solid meals.

I don't have time to eat that frequently either.
It's not uncommon.

I like Met-Rx "Big 100" bars - lots of protein and calories, and they
even taste half-decent. (My test of taste is whether or not my kids
will eat it, and they like these).

The nutritional profile is different - about half as much protein as the
Met-Rx, but no artificial stuff in them as there is in the Met-Rx.

There are plenty of good foods you can snack on, e.g., almonds or other
nuts, fruit, sandwiches that are easy to handle like wraps, and things
like yogurt and ricotta or farmers cheese if you have a refrigerator.
