Well, you have a legitimate reason for not using Viagra-like products.
The locally acting products require you to either shove a suppository up
your urethra <OW>, or inject a vasodilator into the corpus cavernosa (the
erectile part of the penis) <OW OW>.
You might want to talk with a urologist, to see if there's a less OW option.
