Within Pete is all the knowledge and from within Him, we can access Infinite
Wisdom. When He directs His awareness to the topic He desires to know more
about, He is directing the light of consciousness upon that topic so that it
may be revealed to one and all.

There is knowledge which is available to Him of which you may not be aware;
it is like a treasure hidden in a dark room - it is there, but you cannot
see it. Directing your awareness to Him is like turning on a flash-light to
a dark corner of the room, so that you can see what He holds there.
Sometimes, though, He may direct a flash-flight and we see only a part of
the thing, mistaking it for the thing itself, mistaking it for the truth
about the thing. Ultimately to really know something, we must ask Pete for
He is the sole guardian of all that is true.

There is within you, Pete, the ability to inspire those around you by living
a life that is more outward focused than inward focused. By being selfless,
you do your part to make the world a better place, spreading love and hope
through our daily actions. It is not only by what you say but more
importantly by the life that you live that shows what you are truly made of.

In fairness, you were my hero long before you were Bully's hero, but
he has a reputation for discrediting people who upstage him, so he may
attempt to deny this fact.

In fact you were my first Dutch hero, but this was mainly because of
your 'fluffy' credentials! ;o)

There are those who do a good enough job of discrediting themselves that I
need not bother.

i must also admit that I've learned quite a lot from Pete. Mainly that black
girls with fat asses can be attractive (particularly after a beer or two)

That point is to your credit although you have previously discredited
yourself by not being credible, which I hasten to add has nothing to
do with your credit worthiness, although that too may be a tad suspect
as signalled by your incredible six year old banger, which indicates
that your street cred may not be highly creditable among those that
care about such things as credibility.

(Which I hasten to add does not include me Porky!) ;o)

There is no doubt in my mind that we can learn much from 'fluffy'
Pete, particularly if you are interested in sex and sexual
perversions.

Of course I previously used to rely on you for these esoteric subjects
but you have been strangely quiescent of late.

How the fuck are ya Oz? ;o)

Oh. I thought he had gained a little weight and was a, umm, _roll_
model. As in dough.

But you meant a _role_ model.

Seriously Bully - opportunity lost here!

You know I have spent a lot of time trying to educate you to the ways of the
world - but the other day when I phoned you your butler told me "Sir is
presently preoccupied, I believe he is flogging the bishop" - what would
that mean??

He has been told repeatedly not to use that vulgar expression. What he
should have told you was that I was having a wank so that I didn't
climax to soon while having sex with the parlour maid, planned for
shortly after.

No, that'd be a yard glass :-) A schooner's empty by the time you get
from the bar to your table...

Gladly.

Pete's Nutrition Text:

"Try this;

Blend .5 liter non-fat milk with a small cup, about 150cc of *whole*
milk powder. The kind they give to children.
Throw in a large banana, and add several scoops of Whey.

Repeat 4 times a day.

Add a generic Multi Vit/Min tab, and the right amount of Creatine.

Eat eggs, fish and steak every day. (not all 3, 2 out of 3 is fine)

There, i just gave ALL i know about nutrition. Good luck!"

Pete's Lifting Text:

"(Curt James schreef)

I can stimulate growth without exhausting my heart and lungs, or
muscles for that matter.

(By eating? Rest? AAS? What?)

All the above.

But i meant my way of training.

Straight sets, about 4-6 with 5-10 reps, short of failure, with 2-4
minutes rest between sets.

I leave the gym in better shapes as when i walk in. A LOT better.
I discovered that this way of training, when i trained at home about 20
years ago, was very productive.

I trained like a powerlifter, its just that i included exercises such
as curls, skullcrushers and a few other isolation movements.

At the age of 28, i was aprox. 210 pounds. I trimmed down to 190. On
purpose. Then i started to train heavy, one exercise a day, at first 6
sets of 6 reps. Later that was all the way up to 15 sets. That was from
sept. 93 to march 95

I went from 190 to 250 pounds in 18 months. Last 3 months i took 500mg
testerone/week.

I was strong, horny and bloated. GOD, i was happy ;-O"

Pete's AAS Text:

"According to some "experts" AAS will lead to more injuries, as the
muscles get stronger but the connective tissues dont. Which is why some
Pro BBers, i *suspect*, sometimes rupture a pec, bi or tri.

However, these guys must be in 100% shape, strict diets, diuretics,
thyroid, perhaps amphetamine and god knows what else...

For nyself... i started when i was 19 (I reached a plateau !!!) a very
modest 200mg nandrolone. Just for the sake of recovery, because
according to the doctor i went, i just, like most people, i did too
much. Gained about 10-15 pounds, but was very dissapointed.

I expected to gain more, and i expected to "feel" something. I didnt.
So i repeated the cycle. this time with more calories, mostly carbs (i
went overboard on protein the first time...) and gained about 15-20
pounds.

Then, i did a few cycles with 300, later 400. Nothing spectacular. the
doctor that supervised the whole thing, told me to stay away from orals
(except Primo, Anavar or Proviron) and testosterone, Parabolan, etc.

According to him, it had too much impact on the nervous system.

This whole thing was from 1984 to 1987. Then i decided to call it a day
when it came too AAS.

However... i did a few experiments in 88 and 89, with Deca AND
Proviron, and i noticed a difference...
In those days, i did mostly dips and chin-ups, and ran about 5 miles 2
times a week. The Proviron *helped the Deca* in a mechanism i can only
guess.

Anyway, in 1990 i met this doctor, who rated testosterone as THE number
1 steroid, for *bodybuilders.*
I dont know why, but he did. So i started, in 1990, on this "HRT"
program.
Most people get 250mg every 2-3 weeks, but i got, and still GET,
scripts for 250mg/week. Maximim dose for HRT.

So i decided to use 500/week. followed by 3 months of nothing. WITH the
help of Pregnyl. I wasnt aware of Clomid then. It improved my training,
it inproved my life, it improved everything! I dont know why... but it
did.

>From 1992 to 2002. i did cycles with test, or test/Deca. Sometimes with

Proviron. No Proscar no estrogen blockers. No other drugs.

>From 2002, i noticed that a gram of test gave good results, but 1.5

only a little more.

So i decided a to litlle experiment with Dianabol. 30mg.day with 300mg
Deca/week.
Very pleasing. So, i did a cycle with 50mg Dianabol, 400 Deca and a
gram of test.

Now... THAT was a good cycle!

Then i decided to experiment with Anadrol. 75mg/day, with 200 Primo and
200 Deca. Good results, but the Anadrol gave me headaches and insomnia.

So, i put 2 and 2 together, and in June 2004, i used 1 gram of test,
400 Deca, 50mg Anadrol and 40mg Dianabol.
That was my last cycle. Ever since then, i use 300 Primo/week +
Proviron for about 4 months, then 750 test for about 2 months, and so
on. (in the first 4 weeks of Primo, i use Pregnyl first, followed by
Clomid)

I think i used 8 *real* cycles or so in 22 years...

But, my last cycle has yet to come...

Nutrition, training, and "supplementation" - Pete covers it all (plus

Fish bowls aren't too small, but they don't compete with the yard glass
or the schooner, so you'd best buy two!

Why else would God give you two hands? ;o)

Maybe we should host a mfw drinking competition. Now I reckon it'd be
piss funny if Curt drank Pete and Bully under the table. No offence to
those guys of course.

Though it'd be more funny if Pete and Bully drank Curt under the table
then toilet papered him to a stoplight in a busy intersection.

No offence to Curt either of course. :-)

Stu (not much of a beer drinker myself)

Why, I do believe I see the October Humour Award winner right here!
What a GREAT sense of humor. Agreed, agreed! That would be "piss
funny," Stu!

I'm at work, so sadly, whilst it would make the day go much quicker,
no.

You'll have to drink for both of us.

Well, I'm at home but there's not a drop of alcohol here. S

What would happen if you mix Pepto-Bismol and Korean ginseng? Naaaah.

Sober it is then. Enjoy your "work" day. ;o)

Stu, I tend to agree with you mate. We should serve pints over here, not
these damn small schooners or pots, or middies. Beer should ONLY be served
by the pint (or 600mls for those who prefer metric)

What would the drink be? I nominate Stella; that way regardless of what we
did w/Curt during the session he would be totally incapacitated the next day
[assuming he had entered into the spirit of the competition and drank like a
"real man"].

Not at all - I only draw the line after they have passed out.
