Did some rows today.

6 sets of 12 reps.

I want so shape my lats, and add some defenition. And seperation.

Pete, I am, obviously, not David (either one) nor do I play him (or
him) on TV, however I did some rows recently, too:

Pulldowns 160x10,10,5
Seated Row 175x10,10,10
DB rows 75x15,15,15

Cheating like Bill Clinton, but still employing a certain amount of
muscle fibers to get the job done. I had cut to get rid of my gut and
had starved down to 149 lbs. I'm topping 180 lbs. right now, but my
bicep at neeeearly 14 1/2" is still probably smaller than your
frigging forearm!

THE HELL WITH YOU, UNCLE BOB!!!!! THE HELL WITH YOU!!!!

(i KEED! On "the hell with you," but nothing else.)

Going to see "I Am Legend" at 9:40 p.m. Should be good. See any movies
that impressed you recently?
