    That actually looks pretty aerobic. Maybe I gave up on the handstands
    too soon...

    It's been a while since I've seen Shatner in anything. Geez.

    One thing they are not is aerobic. That guy is deceptively agile, and they
    wouldn't be aerobic even for him.

    But it does illustrate that the arms are still strong in that position, with
    the elbows just "cracked" a bit.
    And of course his hands are very strong.

    You can start with very slight shallow "presses", even shoulder shrugs, from
    the handstand position, and mebbe rock from side to side (slightly), to
    momentarily load each arm more intenselyl.
