Default Post yer pics

About a year ago I was close to 220 lbs and felt like shit. Had severe sleep
apnea, problems catching my breath even at rest, was going to the doc's
office about once a week, and starting to resemble Uncle Buck.

Today weighed 168 and feel great.

Nice job! Congratulations on your transformation.

I don't have any pix that are less than 2-3 years old, so I'll have to
take some.

Hey Congratulations on finding you. How is maintaining it going. Is
that your goal. Did you exercise and do muscle building because that
is the key to longterm weight loss.
