My preworkout nutrition is a continental breakfast, 8 ounces low fat milk, 8
ounces of orange juice and 2 slices of whole wheat toast with canola
margarine about an hour before working out.

Whey protein, creatine, and fruit nectar is good for muscle protein
synthesis. But I doubt that's what you mean. It sounds like you want
a stimulant.

In that case, take 25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, and some green tea
extract.

I've heard it works but it tastes like "shit." I believe that was the
term.
