Whooooo weeee this stuff is great! It gives me my "runners high" without
even working out.But since it's my winter rest period (that would be period
as in time frame, not periods like you on MFW have) I haven't had the
oppurtunity to try it during or before a run. Has anyone tried it on runs?
I used it before lifting, and got a good WO, but a WICKED crash an hour
later which is weird because it advertises no crash, and hasn't except that
one time I tried WO on it. This stuff reminds me of my younger days
snorting coke, but a tad more mellow.
