About protein bars - I see there are around 60 different types on the market
here - the low carb ones in particular use sweeteners like sucralose,
fructose, splenda etc. My vast understanding of the subject of safe
sweeteners is that xylitol and stevia are considered 'natural' and safe
while the others are chemical sweeteners and surrounded by controversy.
Being a specialist as you are in this industry, what is your take on this
issue? Do you consider sucralose, fructose, splenda, aspartame etc safe for
long term use?
