3 x 10 w/50kg. That's the heaviest d/bells in my gym so in future it will
HAVE to be barbell rows.

Pretty good.

Next time, row next to the low pulley and attach the cable to the DB, with
5kg extra...

Or, forget about the DBs and barbell and place the bench near the low
pulley, and grap the handle just like you grap the DB.

Your Lattisimi wont notice the difference...

I crave the low pulley, but my gym doesn't have one. Next week I think will
train at different gym so I can use one !

Indeed...

This is the holiday season, time is at a premium.

I'm down to the basics at the moment. Squats, presses and deadlifts,
with a bit of shoulder and arm work as the mood strikes.

I was just messing with you.

I used to use a curl bar for one armed rows. Also, free standing
(elbow of a free hand propped against your knee) rows were ones I
liked. Could be done both with dumbbells and barbells. Good for
midsection.

T-bar? Personally, I like that better than a cable machine.

Same here - but it's nothing to do with holidays, more to do with
efficiency!
