Yeah, tris an dbis are obvious, though abs and lower back is too now
that I've found out about them!
You remind me of something that happened at the gym yesterday: I was
waiting for this guy to finish with the incline presses. When I took
possession of the bench and weights, luckily I'd checked because I
noticed that on one side he had had a 45 plate with a 10-lb. plate on
the "inside"! So one side was 10, 45, while (continuing from left to
right) the other was10, 45!!
I wished I'd asked him what the hell he was doing, but he'd already
moved onto something else and I didn't really feel like asking him a
question which would have made him feel stupid.

I've always enjoyed the Nautilus machines I've come across, except
one, the one that works out your obliques, because the seat is not
adjustable at all but set very high for some reason, such that almost
everyone in the gym using it is on their tiptoes!!! And I'm just
under six feet myself, so I can't imagine who the heck they designed
the machine for.
