The "all men are created equal" phrase in the US Declaration of
Independence was intended to refer to the lack of representation of
English colonists in parliament, it was never intended to be a
statement of belief in racial equality.

It was written by a man that was having sex with blacks...
I mean, he should know, right?

Thomas Jefferson never freed his slaves, even though they were his
*family*, his *blood relatives*.

Somebody once noted that, at the Jefferson Memorial, the statue of TJ
has its back turned to his statement that "something should be done
about this people."

How can you *consistantly* be *such* a *font* of
misinformation... you're doing it on purpose, right?

http://www.monticello.org/plantation...on_contro.html

"Thomas Jefferson freed all of Sally Hemings'
children: Beverly and Harriet were allowed to
leave Monticello in 1822; Madison and Eston were
released in Jefferson's 1826 will."

There's no other way... I mean, you're like *sick*
consistant on this...

Jefferson attempted to free his slaves - and everyone else's, in
Viriginia and in all the colonies - during his political career.

His wikipedia entry claims (with a footnoted reference to a biographical
source) that his slaves were encumbered with his property mortgage and he
wasn't able to free them while the debt stood - which it did, until his
death.

Of course blond-haired, blue-eyed White people are correct. The
advanced state of technology and civilization are a result of a
mutation that occurred 6,000 to 10,000 years ago and the high
intelligence and enhanced fertility (in part due to the sexual
desireablity of blonde-haired, blue-eyed women) resulted in a dramtic
increase in population and advances in technology.

But don't worry, Mr. Last Neanderthal. White people will eventually
catch you and put you in a zoo and provide you with a female
chimpanzee for company.

It must really piss you guys off that "created equal" gets so
mis-applied. Why if it wasn't for that stupid misunderstanding,
I bet you guys would be successful, happy and surrounded
by friends, admirers and loved ones.

Poor baby.

Has it been pointed out that in early revisions of the Declaration, the
slave trade was mentioned as one of the transgressions of George III?

You do realize that continuing this discussion with this
pair of trolls is kind of like throwing a stick for a Labrador
Retriever.

No matter how long you choose persist, Bozo will be
back, wagging his tail and ready to play some more.
You're not real likely to tire them out.

who said it's a game? maybe some here want you so po'd you die from a
stroke or heart attack, maybe some of them want you so angry you stalk
them and actually show up IRL...

there are games and there are games and then there is reality,
something you've never been in touch with.
