It has NEVER worked! In fact the first fences
around the White House were to keep the livestock
in and strays out. Later it was mostly decoration.
The tall iron fence that now encirles the White
House has NEVER kept anyone out. The ONLY thing
that keeps dirtbags, drug dealers and raving
racist psychotics like you off the grass is the
Secret Service. (whose initials ironicly are SS)
It they wanted to do a better job they'd use some
Caucasian Ovcharka's to keep out the undesirables.
I use them...and as the Gulag guards and GRU found
they do an excellent job on anything up to and
inculding Brown Bear, Siberian Tiger, Menchevicks,
Collectivist, Republicraps, Democunts, Neo-Nazis,
Black panther and anyone else I don't like.

Hmmm, no have J.M. Browning design known as the
Steven Old Model 620....and that is called a gun
show. I've seen better shows in the back windows
of pickups at the Northside diner (wasn't even
huntin' season)
