A perfect example of the media and other people who want to make the
results sound impressive when they were not. 10 lbs in an entire YEAR was
the best any of the diets could do? All of the diets in this study failed
to experience meaningful weight loss.The difference between the best and
worst diet being approx 5lbs over an entire year, means they are all
essentially the same and not very effective. But wait, there's more...
So why were they all so poor at causing weight loss? The fact is, none of
the people actually followed the diets exactly, and this showed most
