Protein wise it will help a bit but not as much as eggs, milk, or other
animal sources.
While you won't be getting complete amino acid profile you'll proibably
still be getting other things you need for a good clean diet though such
as fiber and good carbs.

As TheGist stated - it's a nice addition to a diet based on animal
protein.

Eggs/Milk/Meat - that's the foundation, everything else should go into
the 'other' category.

Just my 2c.
