Mexican radicals just don't get it. Outside of southern
Kalifornia, they just lack any large contiguous area of operations
that illegal aliens and "anchor babies" are a high enough percentage
of the residents in for them to survive such an insurgency. Anywhere
else, even an attempted Mexican insurgency in Kalifornia would get
them wiped out fast as the outraged locals turned on the small local
barrio's inhabitants.
