Macronutrients are fats carbs and protein. Protein are the building blocks
of muscle. LBM is lean body mass, AKA muscle. Or anything besides fat, which
includes bones and intestines.
The micronutrients are vitamins/minerals and trace elements.
The micronutrients are a lot smaller the the macros, hence the name.
