Ok, I'm a college student and am really sick of being skinny and small
physically. Can anybody recommend a gradual fitness program that will
help build muscle? I generally don't have much time on my hands and
don't want to join a gym. Are there any good foods that I can eat to
enhance the program? I also really enjoy cycling which I do when ever I
can. Help someone, before I get lost in the crowd.

What crowd?? You are alone in your home. You don't want to join a gym. You
want to gradually build muscle doing handstands and push-ups from home.
Knock yourself out.

Start with push-ups and jumping jacks. No joke! And ab crunches.
Calisthenics lays a good foundation, should you wish to graduate to
weights and running later on.

BTW, you're a college student, you must have access to the college
gym, you pay for it whether you use it or not....
