I weigh 150 lbs. I started working out in 99. I never worked out
regularly during these years. I completely stopped for almost 3 years
in between. I am very healthy (don't have any illnesses) but somehow I
get a feeling that I am not doing the right exercises, not following
the right sequence or something else.

By food problem, I mean, I am a huge fan of food. I eat a lot of rice
and food cooked in oil. I don't eat any protein bars, shakes or
supplements. I currently do upper body (1) bench press(bar/free motion/
or the 4 machines), 2) bicep curl 3) tricep curl 4) lower back 5)
upper back) on Mondays, lower body (1) squats 2) calf press 3) situps)
on Tuesday and both upper and lower body on Fridays. I do cardio 3
other days of the week.
