Your are pointing to the Madrid fire. It didn't have
thousands of gallons of diesel fuel.

The Madrid Windsor Tower fire shows that steel columns will collapse
in a fire. It is the concrete section that was more
fire-resistant. The excellent passive fire resistance of the tower's
concrete columns and core prevented total building collapse but the
steel colums did collapse.

of them were "the pile" and they were cut up and haulded out, one by
one.
