Default reached my goal now how do i stay there


After 9 months hard training ive reached my goal
ive put on 2 stones, look and feel better,

i want to stay the way i am now.
ill keep going to the gym but just for toning.
my question is shall i use lighter weights and and go back 2 three
meals a day?
any tips would be gratefully accepted

You should keep the same schedule w/ exercise and diet! It took you
the current schedule and eating pattern to reach your goals. Eating
frequent small meals will boost your metabolism and help you maintain
a lean boday. Keep up the good work and CONGRADULATIONS!

I would keep the same workout and determine how much to eat by how much you
weigh.

That's why the experts always say you should get into shape using a
diet and exercise program you enjoy, because you have to keep it up
for a lifetime. You might try to vary a few things here and there just
so you don't get bored with what you are doing.
