Default Is it really true?

I am also a distance runner and I am 5'11." I know some people who are
my height and they are much faster then me. Also my weight is only
152lbs and I should be a great runner then if all of this is true.

Why aren't I not getting results!!!

I didn't look at which post had what time stamp or whatever, but did
you gain or lose a pound since the other post?

Height and weight does not equal running success. It's Olympia time
and I'll use bodybuilding as an example. Say former Mr. Olympia Ronnie
Coleman is 5'11" and 290 lbs. If everyone applied your, er, logic(?)
then ALL men of those dimensions would be wildly successful
bodybuilders. Certainly that's not true and so your theory, idea, what
have you, is, um, what's the technical term for this... ah, yes, POOP!

Probably the double negatives. A guess!

Because you're asking for advice on training for an unknown distance in
a weight training newsgroup? Chances are, you're doing other things
wrong, too...

Cheers,

Please ask in

news:rec.running

Depending on your setup, you should just be able to click the link above
and get to the right newsgroup.
