We all have our dark sides.
Trust me. I have a very good personal reason to not trust the ulterior
motives of many women. Or humans in general for that matter.
Just because I like people in general does not mean I trust them.
And people that wait until someone is not only famous, but in a position
to be hurt by scandal to suddenly crawl out of the closet...
Forgive me if that seems to be a bit suspicious.
It's like the Mike Jackson scandal. I never believed that either!
Jackson is the "Peter Pan" of the entertainment world! He's no more a
child molester than you are. He's simply a child... and wanted to try to
live something he was never given the chance to live when he was younger.
Is he a nutty phreak? Yes, but he's not a criminal.
He's also a rich nutty phreak and our current batch of humans are
basically lazy and would rather sue for money than work for it!

I'm a big believer in personal responsibility.
Arny had a reputation. He was a young, horny guy and young horny frat
guys do things like that.
I've never been one to hold one's foolish youth against them. Hell, I
did stupid things in college too that I regret!
And I grew out of it.
I guess it's hard to explain my feelings on this.... It's complex.

No way dude. ;-)
I've known and seen too many women get pregnant to entrap guys, and then
pay for it for the rest of their lives. Humans make stupid decisions
sometimes, and they need to quit being such chickenshits and take
responsibility for their actions.
That goes for Arnold too actually, but I don't think he deserves to have
his political career spoiled over youthful follies and a few greedy gold
diggers.

He's been rich enough for a loooooong time to have paid her off in the

Being young, she might have been intimidated. She certainly was
humiliated -- and it was probably something hard to prove (these
things usually are), so she might have figured, forget it. But being
that someone's running for public office and is supposed to represent
communal ideals of personal integrity, she might have decided to
finally spill the beans.

In Hollywood, actors are known to have "alternative morals".
Politicians are supposed to represent the morals of the US populace.

Actually, it just goes to show that I am probably predisposed to be
skeptical of the women claiming such things.
Funny you didn't pick that up.
> It's one thing to not trust them like I do. (Or rather, don't)
You don't trust them because they're too smart for you...I trust them
because, outside of sex, they're not even cunning, much less
intelligent.
Of course, there are lots of intelligent women around -- I speak of
the class, not particular individuals (probability, not possibility).

No, only second-hand accounts -- but that Christ in America preaching
to the Natives, who are the Lost Tribes of Israel, for three days and
then schlepping back to Judea for Easter: that's a real hoot!
I totally agree with their take on a woman's sacred duty to polygamy,

Obviously, she thought that voters should know what kind of a person
they're considering for public office. I know the point of your
question, but the flip-side of that would be, hey, maybe she's not
vindictive and only waited until things got too big to make her

Ahhh.... I see now. Personally I would rather BE fast (well, fast
relatively speaking... fast for an Ironman athlete!).
So far as looks go, I'm not too bothered by that. I know I'll look ok
(i.e. not overweight) if my primary goal of actually BEING fast is
achieved.

Obviously? I say nonsense. The more obvious is that now
that he's worth a bazillion bucks he'll give some of
it to her to shut her up.
If some guy is a molestor, does it matter if he's an
up and coming movie star, a mr Oly, Gov of CA or a

she needs to turn him in to someone, then she should
have done so then.

S'okay to be suspicious. Makes for long usenet threads.

OMG, Om, but you are a sentimentalist after all! Basically, a
different shade of Curt, LOL....
> Is he a nutty phreak? Yes, but he's not a criminal.
He touched those kids. No way someone loves something and doesn't
touch what s/he loves when it's in such close proximity, under such
private circumstances....
> He's also a rich nutty phreak and our current batch of humans are

There's no such thing as "laziness." There is only interest, or lack
of interest. Shysters, lawyers, and con artists merely have different
interests where their skills and temperaments are concerned.
> Ok.
In other news: hot blonde teacher LeFavre got busted again for being
too friendly with an under-age male.
This is the ridiculous p.c. shit that Curt and his crowd of pitchfork
and torch enthusiasts cause every news cycle.

I wonder what Curt did as a young horny frat reject. I mean, he can't
even do a Teutonic accent right, so there's no chance of pretending to
be some exotic foreign exchange student. Was he bothering weight-
lifters in the college gym?
> I've never been one to hold one's foolish youth against them. Hell, I

College kids are just kids. They should be denied everything from the
vote to alcohol to cars to pussy until they can learn to use spell-
checkers on e-mail.
> And I grew out of it.
Perhaps you simply lost interest.
I'm particularly troubled by this hey-I-was-young excuse that's ALWAYS
proffered when all else fails. It really speaks volumes about
American society that so-called "youthful indiscretion" is a valid get-
out-of-jail pass where public opinion is concerned.
> I guess it's hard to explain my feelings on this.... It's complex.
Don't worry about Curt and his gang of hallway monitors; just tell it
like it is. The real men understand you.

Sure some of his accusers may be gold-diggers, but some of them may be
for real.
As it is, the whole thing's blown over probably because, in the end,
it's all about a lack of evidence.
Heck, just look at MFW: despite everything being written in black and
white, for all perpetuity, people still have reading comprehension
problems and a lack of critical thinking skills and choose to see what
they want to see.
In situations where you have Arnold, some perky young office
assistant, and a Hollywood producer or two, I'm sure there's no way to
prove anything against him.
But Arnold's guilty all right. Maybe not of all counts, in all
instances, but he's guilty. We know what the guy is like, we know
what guys are like, and though we also know how girls can get, we
know, most of all, that he hasn't outright denied anything, insofar as
he conceded that he hasn't always behaved in the best way -- the hey-I-
was-young excuse.

You're right, which is partly why I still value performance over
appearance, even though I've conceded that the best I'll likely
achieve is appearance, mainly.
It's an artificial distinction in some ways, since usually one looks
as well as one can perform...but maybe I'm just lazy, then (not as
interested in investing the amount of dedication required)....
Ironmen triathletes are are cool...they should have powerlifting/
weightlifting events, though, to round things out...aerobic capacity
and muscular endurance are key, but all-out strength and speed is also
important...I wonder if it is actually possible to have a meaningful
contest which included all such events, since athleticism is
bifurcated into "strength" and "endurance"....

It's possible -- and I'm just saying that it's also possible that at
least one of his accusers is totally honest. I mean, we know what
Arnold was like, we know what Hollywood big shots are like -- heck, we
know what guys are like -- and if it were simply about money, Arnold
would have released some letter from the ladies or their lawyers to
that effect. If anything, he actually conceded (his wife probably
made him, I suspect) that he was occasionally not on his best behavior
during those days (the ol' youthful indiscretion excuse), while still
denying these specific allegations (*you* read between the lines!).

Actually, no. I am, by definition, a rapist, since I've had girls say
"no" naked in my bed but I still fucked them, even made two cry in the
process. Now none of them ever hated me for it afterwards (or at
least they didn't break up with me and call the cops), but legally
speaking, I raped them, and if I were to run for World Dictator one
day, they might decide that, hey, people should know what kind of a
dictator I'd make! =)

No, I'm simply saying, out of curiosity...such women probably already
know about steroids and gonads...they're just curious, that's
all...certainly I prefer big tits and ass to small ones, but I'm also
curious as to what small ones could be like, and wouldn't mind doing
petite girls (I mean, aside from being a typical guy and doing almost
any female around anyway).... |
