Say David C, Back after it

Back in the gym after a week off yesterday and I feel it this morning.

Back on the bike today after six weeks off and it was nice, only did 10
miles today.

Today's reading are BS 131, BP 139/69-66.

David C, why is there so much difference between 139/69? I thought it stayed
around a 30 point spread.

Nice to get back on the bike and I look forward to Thursday.

"Only did 10 miles", that's a good start when you get back in the
gym.
