I wanted to start a thread as a place to get some good workout tips as
well as share your own. I am a martial artist, and have alot of
experience being in tip top shape. I personally prefer bodyweight
exercises as they build good functional strength, good for all sorts
of things. A full body workout doing pushups squats and pullups can
make you alot stronger without adding a huge amount of mass. Weights
are very good tough as can be used to isolate muscles to give them a
good overall workout, like the biceps curl, it is a great exercise as
a body weight workout does not supply it with enough stimulation. I
think a good workout comes from dedication. For all you guys out there
that are new to working out I cant stress it anough.Stay with your

info in there, and my personal work out schedule. Being in shape is
hard work, but the rewards are for greater than the amount of work you
have to put in!
Anyways tell me some of your workout tips, I have been looking around
the internet and just want to see what other people are doing, what
works for them and why you guys do it.
