After three weeks of rain, not lifting or biking I got after it today.
Friday I did a light workout, Saturday a light ride but today I did a full,
hard and heavy workout.
Now I am sore, man am I sore and I'm not sure how I'll get out of bed
tomorrow or on the bike BUT, I'll do it.
Last week my sugar went out of side but I got it back down to 131 and maybe
tomorrow it will be close to 120.
I guess I didn't miss any muscles because every part of my body hurts.
NO PAIN NO GAIN bs.
