#1, why do you need one and #2, why hide your identity over something like
this?

He's not "hiding" his identity. It's his choice not to post his name and
nobody gives a shit about it except you, especially when he's asking about a
fucking shrug bar. In any case, why stop at posting your name? How about
address, phone, financial statement, resume, and recent photo? AFAIC your
cred is zilch if you don't post all of that. By sundown.
I thought I had anger mgmt issues, Rob, till I started reading your posts,
and they're only getting angrier and crazier. Lighten up and get some
fucking help before the venom coursing through your body kills you, man. |

Well, at least you're not anonymous, Bert. Are you currently receiving
social security disability? |

For 19 years he has refused to post his photos. I wonder if someone can get
his mugshot from the Federal Prisons?? That would be cool. |

| | | Re: Standard (1") shrug bar I ended up getting a custom shrug bar from PDA. www.fractionalplates.com
I couldn't find anything ready-made that I liked.
I got their SSSSB (Standard Stainless Steel Shrug Bar). http://www.fractionalplates.com/cgi-...&catalogno=2.5
I got it slightly larger and with oversized grips. The total price
came to just over $400 including shipping.
It arrived about a week ago. It took them 3-4 days to make it and 2-3
for the shipping.
This is a great piece of gear. Both shrugs and deadlifts are so much
easier. I wish I had it years ago.
Excellent workmanship.
