For a long time I had been trying to do all my weight training in one
session, ignoring advice to split the routines into separate sessions.
But now I see that it all makes sense. Starting to get a better
workout, and not skipping exercises when I am short of times etc.

performance / martial arts etc, not for body builders, as it is all
compound movements. No isolation exercises here.
