Default standing curls vs. bench press

how much can you bench press vs. how much can you standing curl (2 hands) ?

I dont know maybe its just me, but I can only standing curl 110 pounds..
While I can bench just over 200 pounds. Which isnt alot. Wondering if my
curl weight is more impressive as i've been working on that more then
benching.

any responses would be much appreciated.

john

When doing bench-press, try it lying on your back.

My ratio for inclines/curls is about 10:6.

But if i would cheat while i was curling, that would be at least 10:7.

If you want to know whats "normal" you have to ask at least 20 people...
