Default Staying At A Fixed Weight

Once You Have Reached Your Goal In The Size Department
I Would Like To Hear Of Any Tips To Keep That Consistancy
Im 12.5 Stones And Would Like To Stay Between That And 13 Stones

Due To A Hand Injury I Didnt Go Gym For 6 Weeks.
But Eat Well, But I Find I Went Down 11.5 Stones And Had To Take
Protein To Get Back To My Desired Wait.

Was This Due To Lack Of Food Or Lack Of Training?

Get on the scale every morning - that's my method. I try not to be
compulsive about it, e.g., I don't go looking for a scale when I'm on
vacation somewhere, and I do forget once in a while at home, especially
if I have to be out of the house earlier than usual, but most of the
time, I get on the scale before I go downstairs. There is really no
better way to keep track of your weight than, well, keeping track of
your weight.

Wait, wait, weight?

If it's *really* just "weight" in the sense of "numbers," all you have
to do is eat delicious restaurant food.

If you're really concerned about *muscle*, however, then you need to
keep doing exercises. Muscles "go away" without being rigorously
worked over at a certain frequency and intensity.
