You have received some really sound advice from everyone on this
board. 'Cept two things I didnt see are:
1) add variation to whatever you are doing. This will inject a fresh
new approach to each day. Exercise will never get stale. Exercise
will never get boring. You'll actually look forward to each day.
After all, variety is the spice of life and FITNESS.
2) Learn as many new things and exercise to add to your fitness tool
belt. Kettlesmells, circuits and countless other items you can do to
broaden ideas to pick and pack yourself a new routine - EVERYDAY. One
reason I teach some of the drills I do to people is to allow them to
see the drills where you get your body moving in ways you do not move
on a daily basis - you receive results quicker and faster.
