I just started a food diary on
www.dailystrength.org where I can keep
track of my caloric intake (I count very loosely...counting calories
isn't really essential when you're realy active) and my cardio
workouts v.s. my yoga days. DailyStrength is a health-based social
network where you can keep a wellness journal (food diary in my case),
share treatment experiences, and support other people. Try it out:
www.dailystrength.org
They have over 50,000 active users who post regularly in over 500
communities of different topics, from diets, diabetes, to
diverticulitis.
