Default thermogenics

Hi everyone. My wife and I were talking about thermogenics tonight at
dinner. I've done some research on it and it seems interesting,
particularly ECA stacks. But a lot of the information seems outdated
now. I know that ephedrine is now banned in some forms. I'm not sure
why there is a ban though. Was it because of safety problems or
because of people making meth? Can anyone suggest a good thermogenic
product that actually works? Also, i know it's a bad idea to take
these things long term. But what is long term? more than a month?
more than a year? Should we take them every other month? Or for the
next year to drop the last bit of weight, then stop?

Hi Brian,

My name is Jaine and I am an independent nutrition consultant with
Herbalife International. Herbalife has been in business for the past
27 years and exists in 64 countries.

The core of their program is based on Thermogenics. They actually
work for a variety of illnesses and for weight loss. We provide a
targeted nutrition program based on the needs of each person.

Because we are an international consultant, we are able to help anyone
in any of the 64 countries. I have personally lost just shy of 15 lbs
in the last month and have never felt better. I have tried many other
options but this is the best!!!

Please check out my website at www.herbal-nutrition.net/focusonlife, e-
mail or call me and we can get you where you want to be!!

With regards,
Jaine Klassen Jeninga

A better idea is to avoid the MLM spam/scam.

I purchased Nutrex's Lipo 6, but haven't used it yet. Not counting
calories currently and it doesn't make sense to eat a Wendy's double
and then use Lipo 6 or any other thermowhatsit, imo.

Bought two bottles. At four capsules a day that'd last me four weeks.
The bottle says to not use for more than 8 weeks. And it says to not
use any other source of caffeine. WHAT? A month without my diner
coffee? No cola at the movie theater? I'm supposed to drink milk,
water, and orange juice and that's IT? That's BS. Who ever sees your
six-pack, anyway? How many hours can you spend at the pool. And heck,
you're in the water most of the time if you are at the pool, so what
difference does it make? How many of you walk around with a frigging
crop top on? Or when's the last time you raised your t-shirt up to
show off your abs a la Arnold in those gym pics.

(Googles 'arnold, abs')

Hnh! Not there. Found this one after several pages of junk:
http://tinyurl.com/394wfr

That's just not a move you can casually pull off when talking to the
ladies.

Anyway, bet Arnie hasn't done that in a loooooong time.

So, anybody want some Lipo 6?

Holy crap. How's that for an invented title. I think I'm going to do
the same thing:

My name is Curtis and I am an independent Usenet consultant with
Freelance Scribbling. FreeScribb has been in business for the past
(when did I learn to write... 1st grade?) 39 years and exists in, uh,
one country. Got me on the countries, Jaine! I've traveled a good part
of the world, however, but nowhere near 64 countries. A good solid 15,
though.

What the heck, creative license...

FreeScribb has been in business for the past 40 years (almost) and
exists in (okay, has existed in) 18 countries (give or take).

Try Brokaid and No-Doz (or the generic caffeine tablets.)

I don't know how long you should use it before taking a break or if it
matters. I typically run out of Bronkaid and it'll take me a while to
get to the store for more. (And, I haven't taken any at all for four
months.)
