Default Tighten up loose muscles

It is mostly around my abs - have been doing a LOT of crunches - at least
100 twice a day for around a month now - doesn't seem to work - have these
loose muscles and keen to get that '6 pack' look. Rest of my body isn't too
bad.
Anyone have any ideas except the usual - "eat less exercise more" - that is
so BORING - I was hoping for something original

Thanks in advance

Exercise less. When are your abs resting? Your abs need time to recover
too. If you don't want to eat less you could just take a bunch of
laxatives and stop drinking water for a few days. That should get you a
little cut (-:

Well, if you aren't going to "eat less and exercise more," I only see one other
option:

exercise less and eat more.

When you're nice and firm, have liposuction done. Let them etch as many
abs as you want. Show how muscular you are. Go for a 12-pack.

I don't know if you are just kidding around but I have been trying to
fix this for six months. Basically if I suck in my gut even my chest
puffs out. I have tried deadlifts, situps, crunches, leg lifts, roman
chair, and planks. The plank shows a weakness in my hip area which
stretching the hip flexors helps a little. None of this stuff has
worked toward this problem. I am thinking diet, posture, or allergies
might play a part in the problem. I noticed the problem is less
pronounced after a good nights sleep.

I did ran across these links a while back:
http://www.lifedynamix.com/articles/..._Syndrome.html
http://www.flattenyourabs.net/innerunit.html

I thought they sounded a bit gay so I never tried them. But then you
are already gay so that shouldn't be a problem. The Pelvic Tilt
exercise sounds the most promising. I notice when I tighten the
lower abdominal's it pulls in the stomach. I am sure there must be
something a little more robust to hit that area though.

If you call me gay again Shute, I plan to ask my boyfriend to come over and
beat you up. (I would do it myself but I just got a brand new outfit)

Here I ask a straightforward question and I get nothing but ridicule - I may
have to go to Lyle's group if I am going to get a serious reply

OK, will try not doing so many crunches, give my abs a chance to rest - will
try resting them and see what happens

Do NOT listen to that guy when he tells you to not drink for a few days. I
would bet anything that he has never been in shape.

Is the best you can do some childish homophobic response? Let's face it, you
have never been in shape in your life and you know nothing about getting
into shape, so why do you bother? What a fucking moron.

Now you tell me - I haven't had any fluids now for 4 days and my ab muscles
look just as flabby as ever. Thank goodness I can have a decent drink now! I
am thinking of buying one of those stretchy things that you wear like a
corset

Well lets see I am about 5 years younger than you. I still have all
my body parts and I don't need medication to survive. I don't recall
ever needing medication for anything in my entire life.

Unless you have the condition I described then your question is
anything but straightforward. Because if it is just belly fat then
even a million crunches aren't going to help.

That would be a very shitty thing to do Shute. Would make me feel like crap.

Then why attack what I said? I was only kidding around about the gay
stuff. I did however find those exercises odd. On the other hand if
you problem isn't the pooch belly than you just need to loose fat.

I actually gave them a try the other day myself. I will have to wait
and see what happens.

He's trolling. His question is very straight forward:
"how many people will respond?"

I know you were kidding, Shute. So was I. I think you are right - I need to
loose fat. (far too loose!)
Thanks for your input

Nice to see Art climb out from under his rock now and then. He makes up for
quantity with quality, right?

Art is such a nice chap but unfortunately has his head wedged firmly
up the nether regions of his MFW time warp.

He is a personal chum of some of those that used to run things around
here, and is therefore obstinately opposed to those that opposed them!

He particularly doesn't like those that caused him to fuck up so
publicly, the now much discredited Idiot Of The Month Award (IOM)!

It's the "loose" fat that causes the wobble effect, large amounts of
which will cause great shifts of the centre of gravity (COG), causing
people to "loose" their balance and fall on their fat arses.

Speaking of fat arses, Charles, how is your diet going to loose all that
blubber that you have acquired during that debauched period that you have
eaten and imbibed to great excess??

Yes that was disgraceful - ha ha! He seemed to have earned that award
himself by his ineptitude and obvious bias

I loosed all that before I went skiing Oz, and in fact I sneaked off
for another seven days on the piste (and on the piss) last week.

However, no doubt the present taut buttocks will expand over the
course of the year - as usual, given my predilection for "excess" and
having "good weekends"!! ;o)

Once again, if you bothered to research this and not just spew out bullshit,
you would find that I have dispensed exponentially more training and diet
info over the years than you could ever dream of. THE most important thing
about too is that NO ONE cares what some anonymous joker with ZERO
credibility has to say. When I was in the training business, I made
$150.00/hour for advise, so I am donating FAR more info and info that people
want to hear. You REALLY need to try harder.

So far you have said NOTHING. The key is that I am 5 years older than you,
did have a kidney transplant and still am in FAR better condition and look
FAR better than you do, so what is your fucking excuse? Why do you think
that your ill informed comments about my transplant are an attack against
me? Are you trying in infer that I did something that caused my renal
failure? Let's face it, you are an ill educated dolt who knows nothing about
on topic subjects here, so you resort to lies, innuendo and bigoted
homophobic bullshit. When you think that you are getting a leg up by saying
that you don't need any medication, you are actually just exposing yourself
for your lack of dedication. Remember, it is not my fault that you are a fat
shit. That is ALL on you. BTW, I still have all of my bodyparts too. Once
again, you are the poster child for "ignorance is bliss."

99% of the people who think that they have lost all sorts of fat end up
still being fat. For those who really do have some fat after prolonged and
efficient dieting, some people may have to get some type of surgical fix.
Liposuction or a tummy tuck are needed in extreme cases. Most people just
can not be honest when looking at themselves.
