I should have know better.
My wife had a lot of things she needed to get done so I took time from
my busy gym/cycling time to help her.
She also bought home two or three kinds of candy that I couldn't stay out of
plus some fruit!!!
The results, My blood sugar went out of site four days now (170-181-140
&170 today
I got back in the gym yesterday but ate some fruit that ran me back up
to 170 today, today I rode 10 miles, arms (triceps) killed me while I was
riding and now my legs are very tired.
Being a "Diabetic" ain't easy. The littlest thing can upset all the good
work you are doing. A good thing, it looks like maybe I have a "gym
partner", the guy that I said I had tried to help two weeks ago started
workout out with me yesterday, now if he'll just stay with it.
