Default Training aids for power lifters

Zach Krych
Colorado

Krych, 23, is a top weight lifter who has been a resident athlete at
the U. S. Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado for over three
years. Nationally ranked in the top ten for all weight lifters, he
most recently competed in the Pan American Championships in Guatemala
City, Guatemala where he placed 4th out of 14 in the 85 kg. (187 lb.)
weight class. He is now training for Nationals to maintain his
position on the World team in the snatch and the clean and jerk
lifting categories. Zach currently lifts 148 kg (326 lb.) in the
snatch and 190 kg. (418 lb.) in the clean and jerk.

What does this have to do with powerlifting?
