Default Training intro

I know you guys get this all the time, sorry.

I am 43 y/o, 6'3" 253 lbs. No health problems. I am doing a modified
BFL. I need some advice on supplements:
I want to use "Tight" a metabolism enhancer once a day in the am. after
I do my cardio. Feedback please?
I am also using a whey protein with berries and soy milk as my first
meal of the day.Feedback please.
My weight training will be in the evening. Any suggestions on an after
training meal before I go to bed?

All help appreciated. Take care

No idea what it is - I suspect pretty much useless. IMO you'd be better
off with a basic supplement package. Different people do different
things, but I use Vitamin C, digestive enzymes, milk thistle, grape seed
extract, fish oils, ginko and ginseng.

I suspect a lot of mine is also useless...

Can the soy milk - you are getting the protein from the whey and soy
causes estrogen. Use the supplements immediately following the weight
workout instead of to start the day. I'd start the day with a pretty
standard breakfast - whole wheat toast, fresh fruit, etc.
