Mon: first day lifting in 8 days, 28 kg press/pu x 1, BP up to a few
singles at 175 lbs., DL on a 3.5" platform 235 lbs. x 5 x 5
Tue: lots of windmills w/ stick and light weights, then 16 kg snatch for
35L+35R in 3:20
Wed: 28 kg press/pu x 1, 1, back SQ up to 195 lbs., BP 145 lbs. x 5 x 5,
20 kg 1-leg DL x 5
Thu: 20 kg snatch, 5L+5R on the :60 for 14 sets
Fri/Sat/Sun - busy w/ work then holiday weekend, no lifting but nice
walking and stretching.
