    Default Training week rundown

    This is the only thng that keeps me coming back here - I simply just cant
    wait for the next training report - my goodness these reports are
    fascinating. Love them . . . . will he make it to 3 sets? Will he get that
    extra weight this time? Will he feel better so he will lift in spite of the
    sniffle? Will be doing stretches this time?
    Just riveting stuff.

    OK Dave, you ready for this??



    I just did my Monday Full Body Machine Workout.

    Plus 20 minutes of Pilates and Yoga!!



    Dave, it was sad but I had to put BenGay on my right Bicep and shoulder. I
    used my left hand to work the BenGay in and listen to this; I put the top on
    the tube with my "right hand" Wow.



    Dave, I also put my copper bracelet back on my right wrist. The latch is on
    the bottom and doesn't hang up on anything.



    I also have my iPod in my left pocket with the wire running from my left
    side behind my left shoulder and I am listening to The October Society!!



    Dave, my days are so exciting, I stay so busy I don't know how I ever had
    time to work.



    Tomorrow is Another Exciting Day, cycling 20 miles rain or shine. My Heard
    Rate Monitor will keep very good tract on my!

    Check back Later in the week I may post another exciting workout report
    with all the gaps filled in. I don't want you to ever say, "What Did He
    Say"!
