Sure. If you can find a big enough yam, say, you can use it for tricep
extensions, front raises, all sorts of things.

Hesgadin. It was in two parts - both of them silent. I remember this map
came with a letter accusing me of stealing eggs. I had never understood
the relationship of the map to the accusation. I still don't, but I'm
grateful for the map.

Personally, I am not a vegetarian or a vegan, so I will not pretend to
be any sort of expert on the subject. However, here is a link you might
want to check out. http://www.rocksolidfitness.net

I am not a spammer, just thought you might find some info at this sight.
I am also a drummer and so is this guy and that is how I found his
webpage. Not sure how he packs on muscle with no animal products.
Personally, chicken, fish and the occasional steak works for me!

Can Mike Mahler be counted as a successful lifter? I don't know, just
simply asking, but did he won anything worth winning?

He is strong but he does not compete. I have seen him move heavy iron
objects and it's impressive.

It's usually easier to use iron; it's less bulky per unit of weight and won't spoil.
