Default Vegetarians Are Evil

Any vegan bodybuilders out there? I am just curious since I read an
article on the site http://www.vegetariansareevil.com that was
entitled, "Vegan bodybuilders - sad or funny" and they had pictures of
some sad vegan bodybuilders and non-vegans.

I'm curious if anyone could actually get results without animal
protein. Anybody know?

Results, yes. Optimal results, probably not. We are omnivores no matter
what militant vegetarians claim and will function optimally on a diet we
were designed for, as will any animal. Funny site BTW.
