Default wee need to get rid of this treadmil with belt cut by the acid from mouse pooh..

It's sitting in the garage. Proform - forgetting the model it's
medium range price among all proform treadmills last time I did
research online.

How easy is it to fix the belt? Manufacture wouldn't when informed
that it was kept in the garage saying the acid in mouse dropping is
the cause.

Is it worth fixing? Is it sellable? How much? Or just post on CL as a
free item to get id of it?

Proform is generally regarded as a poor quality treadmill and not worth
investing in.

However I would try to fix your rodent problem

Do you have mice in your garage? I have to wonder how the manufacturer
can come up with a statement like this without some proof. I wouldn't
just say "Oh, yeah. Mice droppings." Especially since I don't have mice
in my garage.

Call a place that sells treadmills and ask for the name and phone number
of a repair person. I brought a used, commercial grade treadmill home
from my YMCA when they upgraded. It cost me $200 to the Y, $100 to have
it moved, and $175 for the repair person to give it the once-over, but I
feel like I got my money's worth - the thing will probably still work
when I'm six feet under.

Without knowing what it would cost to repair versus what it would cost
to replace, it's tough to say what's worthwhile and what's not. My
guess is that replacing the belt is not a complicated job for someone
who does this all the time.

I thought the same. I was going to see whether I can get it fixed ...
for my sister..but with the ltest drama in my family, I am exhusted
and will let her waste her money like she always does.

To others, the mouuse does run in their garage since this is
agriculural area and theire garage is full of things, unorganized cus
my babay brother wouldn't cooperate in keeping things in order. He's a
big baby always doignt hings but never finsihing.. any.

Thanks.
