Hello Monica,

A very good site indeed! I think weight loss is not that difficult for
me:-) I've since March this year decided to keep fit. Ha..ha..I think
I'm succussful as my friends started to call me skinny!! The secret is
simple: eat anything you like and watch your fluid intake and output.

Have you read the book You on a Diet by Mehmet Oz? It is a great book
with lots of great tips and facts throughout the book on weight loss.
