There is a way to loss weight without being on diets. A cleansing
lifestyle will help you rid your body of toxins which is why we gain
weight, have health issues in the first place. It helped me to get
over Fibromyalgia symptoms and l lost 2 dress sizes in the process. I
also am hypoglycemic and no this is not fasting. I can not fast.
Cleansing has taken away the craving for sugar and carbs that have
