Default Weight ranges for various exercises

Is there a web site that shows typical weight ranges for various
exercises for various types of people and ages?

For example, for squats, bench presses, various rows and flys, how
much weight should a a particular person use and aim for?

I would guess that it would be a function of body weight, gender, age,
and fitness level.

It would be kinda cool to have an exercise calculator that would take
age, gender, weight, and fitness level (beginner/out of shape,
intermediate/average shape, advanced/good shape, professional) and
show starting, average, and maximum weight for various exercises.

I realize these would be rough guidelines...

There are several posted lists of lifts and weights, but what's good for
you depends on what your goals for yourself are.
