Looks like a version of handstand pushups. Free standing handstand
pushups would be how I'd describe them.

thanks.. I guess it's a gymnastic kind of thing..

I found some more videos like that as soon as I looked up planche
pushup. Some of them done in a gymnastic hall

It looks like one up from a handstand pushup.. And I practiced that
every day for a week - using a wall - and I couldn't do it. I can't do
a handstand. Headstand, yes. Handstand, no.

geoffcraft
you train for the planche by working handstands on a wall with your
stomach facing the wall, then moving your hands away from the wall
with your shoulders increasingly in front of your hands. once you can
get all the way to a wall planche (feet on wall) work on free standing
handstands, and lower to as close to a planche as you can, and hold.
continue doing the planche pushups, and also do some rockups to
handstand if you can (like a 90 degree pushup, but start in a seal
stretch).

geoffcraft
pushups with elbows close to body, then pseude-planche pushups (hands
by hips) then straddle planche pushups (legs apart)

-
once done, one could do them with a weighted vest. so it's a nice
bodyweight exercise for a lightweight.
